Marriage Enrichment Presentations:

The Faith & Marriage Ministry offers various types of presentations, each formatted to provide witness and catechesis to the truth of God’s awesome plan for marriage. Our goal is to reach out to all areas with this message to love in order for married couples to have an in-depth look at the truth of who we are in Christ and the steps to a joy-filled marriage. We hope to combat the lies that are tearing marriages apart and so to foster an authentic growth in society.

These presentations are designed for married couples and will focus on the Church’s rich teaching on marriage, especially the work from Pope John Paul II. The content will address questions including:

• What is the purpose and meaning of our existence?
• What is the significance of our sexuality?
• What is God’s plan for marriage?
• How to live out the truth of married love?
• What are the stumbling blocks to joy in marriage?
• How to strengthen your marriage in Christ?
• How does marriage contribute to the building up of the church and the stability of a society?

Different Formats for the Presentations:

• Talk:
• A “Faith and Marriage Talk” is an hour to two-hour presentation devoted to a particular topic. They can be given as a stand-alone presentation or offered as a series.

• Seminar:
• A “Faith and Marriage Seminar” is broken down into four (40 min. each) lectures with a Question and Answer Session.

• Marriage Workshop:
• A “Faith and Marriage Workshop” is similar to a mini retreat where married couples will have the opportunity to reflect individually and as a couple on the content being presented. Workshops can vary in length and can focus on a variety of topics.
